We’re looking for a Director of Client Success who has a proven track record of overseeing major accounts. Preferred background includes SaaS solution, digital, marketing and/or loyalty experience. You will be responsible for owning the success of our partnership with our major clients.
- Build strong relationships at all levels of client organization and serve as executive sponsor to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance to clients in defining program goals/objectives, driving program strategies and measuring metrics/ROI.
- Own direct portfolio of accounts and oversee day-to-day program management including on-boarding, platform implementation/training, customer support and conducting business reviews.
- Gather and prioritize client feedback on new product feature requests and work directly with Product/Development team to shape company roadmap.
- 5-7+ years relevant experience in client management.
- Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
